Mandatory eFile and eServe Expands in Minnesota

Effective September 16, 2013, eFiling and eService will be mandatory for all general civil cases and family court cases in district courts in the following counties: Cass, Clay, Cook, Dakota, Faribault, Kandiyohi, Lake, Morrison,and Washington. eFiling and eService in these cases have been mandatory in the district courts in Hennepin and Ramsey counties since September 1, 2012

Changes to Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure
